Designed, printed, published and created in limited edition of
20 numbered and signed copies by Jan and Jarmila Sobota in Loket, Czech Republic, 2006.
Modified crossed–structure binding. Front and back binder’s boards are covered with goatskin (different colors). Title is printed in gold on the strip of goatskin, which goes from back to front borders, around the spine. The ends of strips contain gold threads with beads on the ends. Threads may be tied up in front of the book.

The miniature is enclosed in walnut shell, which is gilded inside and partly outside. (”She was scarcely half as long as a thumb, and they gave her the name of "Thumbelina," or Tiny, because she was so small. A walnut shell,       elegantly polished, served her for a cradle;”)
